Keep up good things!

Better to make good use of good things while you have them than to feel them after they have left you.

Most of the time you think about what you don’t have like others.

This makes you forget that the good things you are having and it’s benefitting you.

How can you change this?

Sit alone and meditate for a few minutes each day.

You will begin to understand slowly.

You will enjoy the benefits of the good things you have.

It may be the love you show to others; May be courtesy; It may be early morning wake up; It may mean working tirelessly to achieve your ambition.

Understand your good things while you have them; not when it leaves you.

Good things are happening and it will be fine.
