with your friend and seek help from your friend then and there.
Relax your mind by talking with your friend and discuss about
this situation and take some measures to protect yourself.
Exchange your thoughts and keep cool the situation.
Step 2
“It’s better to be safe than sorry”
Take some protocols to follow up and do it regularly till situation becomes normal.
Stay in your home and relax yourself instead of going out and suffer.
It’s better to stay in home than being affected by covid and say sorry.
Step 3
“Cleanliness is next to Godliness”
Keep your surroundings neat and clean. Keep the sanitizer with you always. Keep yourself clean first. Wash your hands when it is needed.
Not only the surroundings, but also you should take care of your body health too. Take bath daily and keep your body clean always.
Step 4
“Where there’s a will, there’s a way”
Wear mask and follow the protocol. Relax your mind by taking some new exercises. Do something that can makes your mind calm and steady. Know about your body level better. When you are practicing and feeling good, there will be good to come.
Step 5
“Better late than never”
At least take the measures now and keep following now onwards. You may take it late but never forget to follow it. EXAMPLE: If you are decided to take some hot water now… have it soon. Taking something late is better than never done that.
Adopt the good thing immediately. Better late than never.
