Chef Murthi’s Chicken Curry No Oil
It is one of the best healthy cooking method. Good for all age group!

It can be prepared in simple way given below.
Keep below Ingredients required for preparation:-
- 1 (500-gram) chicken, skinned and cut into 12 pieces
- 1-inch (2½-cm) cinnamon stick
- 4 or 3 cloves
- 3 green cardamom pods
- 3 medium red onions, thin slice
- 1 Spoon fresh ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 spoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon red Chile powder
- 3 medium tomatoes, slice
- 1½ teaspoons table salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 potato cut dice
- 3 green chili slit
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
How to cook Chicken Curry No Oil
First, wash the chicken under running water and keep it aside.
Next, take a cooker and add onion slice ,salt, tomato chili powder with ginger & garlic paste , coriander powder , Jeera powder, whole spices, green chili, chicken and potato.
(please note whole spices includes:- Cardamom, Cinnamon, gloves, star anise and bay leaf)
Mix well and keep it some time- say 15 minutes.
Add 500 ml water in the cooker and cook for 10 minutes i.e. upto 2 cooker whistle sound and turn off.
Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
